Privacy and Data Handling Notice
This notice explains what information Aisovra collects through this website, why we use it, and how website inquiries and analytics are handled.
Data collected
Information used for inquiry handling and attribution
- Contact and business details that you choose to submit, such as name, company, email, country, and destination.
- Industrial inquiry details, including product type, material, dimensions, quantity, application, medium, temperature, pressure, and message content.
- Attribution metadata used to understand which page or campaign led to an inquiry, including first-touch and last-touch content IDs and paths, a referrer without query parameters, and UTM campaign fields.
- Website usage events such as CTA clicks, form start, form submission result, and email-link clicks. These custom analytics events are designed not to include inquiry message text or contact-field values.
Purpose
Why Aisovra uses this information
Inquiry data is used to review, clarify, respond to, and manage industrial sourcing requests.
Attribution and analytics data is used to understand which website content helps industrial buyers and where the inquiry process fails or needs improvement.
Aisovra does not need passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, medical information, or unrelated sensitive personal information for an initial industrial sealing inquiry.
Service providers
Current website data flow
Contact-form submissions are transmitted through Web3Forms to the configured Aisovra inquiry destination. Web3Forms processes the submission as an external service provider under its own terms and privacy practices.
Website usage is measured with Google Analytics using measurement ID G-N874NRDXD7. Google Analytics may use cookies, browser identifiers, and similar technologies to measure website usage. The current site configuration requests IP anonymization and disables Google signals. Google processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy practices.
Session-level attribution is stored in the visitor's browser session storage so the contact form can include first-touch and last-touch content metadata and campaign fields. Stored page paths exclude query strings, and stored referrers exclude query parameters and fragments. This attribution is not intended as a cross-device identity system.
Data minimization
Analytics and attribution boundaries
- Inquiry contact fields, technical fields, and message text are not intentionally sent as custom Google Analytics event parameters.
- Attribution metadata is collected for marketing and content analysis and should not be treated as verified customer-provided business evidence.
- Do not put passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, or other sensitive information in form fields or website URLs.
Retention
How long inquiry information is kept
Aisovra retains inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate, respond to, and follow up on the business inquiry, or where retention is required for legitimate business, contractual, accounting, or legal purposes.
Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized where reasonably practicable. A more specific retention schedule may be introduced as the operating process and connected systems mature.

Access, correction, or deletion
To ask about information submitted through this website, or to request correction or deletion where applicable, email sales@aisovra.com. Include enough context to identify the inquiry, but do not send passwords or other sensitive credentials.
